From 15-16th on February, Center for Monitoring and Research CEMI organized a Strategic Planning Meeting on the topic of future activities of the regional consortium of organizations engaged in the research of electoral and party systems, and the political processes in the Balkans in general. The meeting was organized within the project "Balkan Comparative Electoral Study: The Presidentialization of Political Parties – Limiting Internal Party Democracy", which is supported by the Regional Research Promotion Programme in the Western Balkans (RRPP), on which CeMI's partners are Faculty of Political Science, University of Belgrade, the NGO Democracy for Development (D4D) from Kosovo, Albanian Institute for Political Studies (AISP) from Albania, and groups of experts from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia.
